CABINET SPECIFICATION

All our cabinets are supplied fully assembled and include colour matched or feature contrasting carcase, only drilled as necessary, handed left or right to avoid unsightly extra holes.

  • Rigid cam & dowelled construction with option for glue & dowelled on wall units;

  • 0.8/1mm fully bonded ABS edging used as standard on all front edges including shelves;

  • Egger MFC board is used as standard with 20 different cabinet colours available;

  • 18mm solid board used throughout including back in base cabinets for maximum strength;

  • 8mm/18mm backs in wall units, colour dependent;

  • Adjustable legs with fixing to underside of carcass, to take account of an uneven floor;

CABINET CONSTRUCTION

  • Wall cabinets supplied with concealed heavy duty adjustable hanging brackets;

  • Base cabinets with 40mm service void, wall cabinets with 10mm service void;

  • Three adjustment positions per shelf, to maximise the usable storage space.

  • Steel shelf support for strength, glass shelf supports with silicone buffer and safety clamp;

  • Drill in door buffers to corners in conjunction with hinges for smooth soft close.

HINGE SYSTEMS

  • Deluxe Blum CLIP Top Hinges with integrated Blumotion soft close as standard. Silent closing doors.

  • Easy adjustment backplate with side, depth & height adjustment for even lines.

  • Blum Aventos Lift systems used as standard for bi-fold, up and over, and flap door applications.

DRAWER SYSTEMS

  • Blum Legrabox in Orion Grey, 500mm deep as standard, 450mm depth available with full extension soft close runners as standard. Options for deeper/shorter depth to suit various carcass depths. 40kg load capacity per drawer. 70kg upgrade if required. Lifetime guarantee.
